The 8th Quadrennial Conference of the World Confederation of Jewish Community Centers
About the Conference
The 8th Quadrennial Conference of the World Confederation of Jewish Community Centers will take place at the Dan Panorama Hotel in Tel Aviv, from Monday, November 2nd to Thursday, November 5th, 2009. Coinciding with the celebrations of Tel Aviv 100.
Co chairs: Avinoam Armoni, Israel and Susan Grant, England.
The World Conference of Jewish Community Centers is the only worldwide gathering of JCC leaders. It is a unique opportunity to learn, share and develop the worldwide network of JCCs.
The previous world conference took place in September 2005 in Hafia. It brought together 300 Jewish leaders from 35 countries and was a huge success.

The conference is initiated and organized by the World Confederation of Jewish Community Centers. An umbrella organization representing more than 1,100 JCCs worldwide. Representatives of affiliate organizations comprise the steering committee which plans and implements the conference.
The conference is operated by Routes Travel and Tours LTD.
